How long does delivery take?
Your parcel usually arrives within 3-7 business days. Enter your pin code at checkout for your area estimate.
Is delivery free?
Active green-zone pin codes get free delivery. Other areas have the standard shipping fee shown at checkout.
Can I return my order?
For a return or damage claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep the original packaging. Every parcel is quality-checked and packed under camera. In red-zone areas, record one clear, continuous unboxing video before opening: show the unopened parcel, shipping label and seal, then the complete opening and all items received. Claims may not be approved if the parcel was opened before recording, the video is incomplete or edited, or the video does not support the reported issue. For green-zone open-box delivery, inspect the parcel with the delivery partner present and report any issue before accepting it. Keep the video and packaging until your request is resolved.
